The Collective is a group of sole traders that operate independantly, together. A symbiotic fusion of skilled professionals dedicated to their art.

We envision a future where it is easy for everyone to be able to work for themselves, charging what they want, working when they want, taking care of themselves while healing.

True sovereignty while remaining connected to other like-minded people.

We want to be a supportive container for this transition. Our aim is to provide a stress free and comfortable environment for both you and your clients.

HOW IT WORKS

Rooms are rented on a half daily, or full daily basis. We don’t take any commission.

Practitioners get access to a beautifully stocked clinic in the heart of Bondi Junction (next to Elixr Gym, in between Eastgate & Westfield).

The clinic has 5 treatment rooms, Waiting Rooms, a Bathroom, Kitchen & ample storage for Therapists

Each room is fitted with a variety of things you’ll need such as electric treatment tables, desks, chairs, storage, plants, art, speakers, clocks & wifi.

We even have parking for therapists!

  • No, you get 100% of what you earn. You can charge what you want, work when you want and see as many or few clients a day that you desire.

    You are a totally autonomous and sovereign part of the team.

  • Yes, you pay a full day or half daily rate.

    This is discussed in our info pack which we send out to people we are interested in.

  • Yes, we also offer room rental for those that want to practise independantly.

  • Every therapist is tried and tested by us!
