Hi, I’m Helena, one of the founders and therapist at Medicinal Collective. I specialise in a blend of Deep Tissue Massage, Remedial Massage, Buccal & Jaw therapy, Pregnancy Massage, and Energy Healing (Reiki). I am also currently studying Kinesiology & Mind Body Medicine
My approach is rooted in both anatomy and intuition: I work deeply but with care, always checking in with your body’s feedback. I’ve studied the nervous system, stress physiology, and mind-body modalities, which informs my blend of structural change and holistic healing.
